Exports Docs General Requirement

The following documents are required for the processing of the Shipping Bill against your export consignment: .

KYC ( KNOW YOUR CUSTOMER/CLIENT DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR 1ST SHIPMENT )

1         4 copies of invoices in which clearly mentioned the full description, number of packages, quantity, unit rate, total value (FOB/CNF/CIF), actual and correct of goods.

2         4 copies of the packing list mentioning the contents quantity (Gross and Net weight) of each package.

3         Purchase Contract/ Order  and L/C.

4         AR4 (both original and duplicate) and their invoice.

5         Inspection/ Examination Certificate (if container stuffed in factory).

6         Copy of certificate permitted for factory stuffing by custom authorities.

7         Your Bank name, Account number, AD code and IFS Code.

8         Declaration of DEPB Export/Drawback/ DEEC

9         Test certificate or sample or write up on item to the best your ability.

10     Copy of License  (if consignment cleared under DEEC/ EPCG Licence).

11     SDF from 2 copies

12     Export Value Declaration 1 copy

13     From- A

14     Copy of Import Export Code and PAN.

15     Address proof of company (i.e. electricity / telephone bill)
